This cake was for my mom's (in-law) birthday. Our favorite Starbucks drink is a white chocolate mocha with raspberry. So, when it was time to pick a flavor I knew it had to be a mocha cake with a white chocolate raspberry mousse. There was also a raspberry puree that could be drizzled over each slice! The cake was covered with marshmallow fondant, the mocha coffee was made from chocolate butter cream, and topped with whipped topping. It is bordered with vanilla butter cream and chocolate covered espresso beans.
