This was for my PHENOMENAL friend Erin's birthday. The bottom cake was a Piña colada cake with a coconut cream filling. The top tier was a dark chocolate cake, the filling alternated with white chocolate mousse with sliced strawberries and chocolate whipped mousse with strawberry slices. This was my first attempt at a shoe, zebra strips, shoe boxes and royal icing stenciling. I got the cake boards a little too big. I wish they'd have been a smidge smaller so you couldn't see them. The cakes, stripes and shoe were made from MMF. TFL!!!!Monday, May 3, 2010
30th Birthday
